Due to the amount of information entered incorrectly or forgotten we will now be requiring each member signing up through their insurance to fill out an “insurance information sheet”. Hand the member the sheet and a pen to fill out and you will continue signing them up as normal. * Once they fill out the insurance sheet you will use that to make sure you input them correctly into gym master. These sheets will be located on the left hand side of the front desk. Any questions about this new policy please ask Bri.
