New Parkinson’s Class
We have started offering a new class for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. This class is replacing the former Rock Steady Boxing program. You may receive calls asking if we offer Rock Steady Boxing. There used to be a class in Palm Desert, but the instructor stopped offering the class. Google search still sends people to our website as a Rock Steady Boxing facility. Our class is called Rewire Your Brain, Parkinson’s Edition. The class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday at 1 pm. The first class is free. After that the cost is $175/month.
