Purchasing The Fitness Edge in 2020, owner Ken Yazge has created a different style of gym. Although it’s physical size is large, the vibe is of a small community gym. As a certified personal trainer and health coach, Ken has a wholistic approach to wellness. Mind and body health are key. This involves mindfulness, exercise, and nutrition. You will see him most days in the gym, either training, teaching yoga or cycling or just keeping the gym in top shape
