Purchasing The Fitness Edge in 2020, owner Ken Yazge has created a different style of gym. Although it’s physical size is large, the vibe is of a small community gym. As a certified personal trainer and health coach, Ken has a wholistic approach to wellness. Mind and body health are key. This involves mindfulness, exercise, and nutrition.
