Sign-Up at the Front Desk
How will my progress be tracked?
Track your calories burned either by wearable device or cardio machine console.
Report your calories after your workout by filling out the form at the front desk.
What activities count towards the total?
Only activities done in the gym. Activities can be either cardio machine, class or resistance training.
How will we know who is in the lead?
Results will be posted on the Friday of each week.
When does the challenge end?
Challenge will end at 9 pm February 28th, 2023.
What determines the winner and what do you get if you win?
Person with the most calories burned will receive a free personal training session and Fitness Edge T-Shirt.
